Halloween Event Implementation & UI Improvements!

NEW FEATURES
  • New event: This game update includes the technical implementation of this year's Halloween Event, which begins on October 23rd!

CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
  • UI: Loot mail buttons now have tooltips
  • UI: The delete button is now greyed out when selecting a friend trade mail
  • UI: The "Deals I can't afford" filter will no longer disable all other filters
  • UI: Fixed the icons for completed Excelsior texts
  • UI: The PvP Combat UI has been restored
