Update - 15/12/21
Dear settlers,
We have made the following adjustments/clarifications:
- The Christmas Event will now start on Friday, 17th of December at 11:00 EET, in order to ensure a smooth start for all players. The event will be extended to compensate for this delay.
We apologise for any confusion or frustration caused.

We heard your comments about the upgrade costs of the winter residence.
The upgrade costs of 4500 presents and 4500 grout for the Winter residence are balanced as intended for this event. However, we read all your feedback and will take this info into account for the re-balancing of the next event.
