After the game hotfix passed this morning, none of the Event tabs are available, either on the Store or the Provision Houses. Also, when navigating to event tab on the Town Hall, the event tab is empty and doesnt show the Pumpkin count.

Hello KaliKool,

If you haven't already, clear your browser cache. Close the game and open it again. Doing so has fixed similar issues in the past.
