I tried several times to run the downloadable client and always received the following: prnt.sc/vzk219. Please notice in the screenshot, that although I use my accounts credentials (email, password) i am logged in as 'new settler' in the test server and not as 'epaya'. I do not know whether this is a troubleshoot or not.
I tried the client with different browsers (edge, firefox), I tried it in two different pcs, always received the same output: prnt.sc/vzk219. Any help please?

Hello epaya,

You will be creating a new account the first you login into the test server. This game profile is only for the test server and is separate from your game profile on the Greek server. This should not affect your account on this server.

If you are unable to run the new download client, try manually uninstalling it on your PC and download the latest version again. Note that the "interim download client" is still a work in progress so some glitches are expected but we should be able to launch a working version for the live servers soon.
